Who are we?
Our Operating Mode
The needs of the institution are assessed during visits by members of the Association. Smaller projects or emergencies are addressed through regular communications. Once the needs have been assessed, the projects are developed jointly.
For major projects, a comprehensive document is drawn up including the description of the project, the means to carry it out, the necessary resources (with a call for tenders from local companies if the project is large enough), the implementation schedule, implementation controls and the evaluation of results.
The controls are implemented during local visits made by the members of the Association.
