Collection and processing of personal information

 

The following personal data may be collected and processed through this site:

 

    Navigation statistics. Only general traffic statistics are collected when you browse the site: number of visitors, number of visits, country of origin of visits, type of browser used, among others. These data are collected only to allow the Association to analyze the use of its information pages, in particular to improve the content. Navigation data is not used by name.

 

 

    Contact details sent using forms hosted by the site.

    When sending a message using a form, you voluntarily agree to indicate any personal data that may be requested by the Association to process your request. The information thus collected is only used to process your request. This information collected will not be subject to any transfer to third parties or any other treatment on the part of the Association.

 

 

The people having access to these data are the President, the Edition Manager and the Treasurer. They undertake to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the data collected.

 

 

Whenever personal data is collected, this is indicated to the user as well as the reasons for this collection. His consent to the collection of his personal data is requested. He may request access to the personal data transmitted, rectification or erasure of these, a limitation or opposition to their processing and portability.

 

 

Data retention is reduced over time. Its duration varies depending on the reasons for the collection: short duration for data relating to an exchange of information with a user (13 months maximum), longer or even tacit renewal for those relating to members, volunteers and donors of the 'Association.

 

 

The personal data collected on the Kanji Children site are as follows: surname or company name, email address, postal address, telephone, method of payment and transaction details.

 

Cookies

 

The site uses "cookie" techniques allowing it to process statistics and traffic information, facilitate navigation and improve the service for the comfort of the user. The Association does not in any case use the data collected by cookies to reuse them for commercial purposes or the resale of private information.

This user consent is considered valid for a maximum period of 13 (thirteen) months.
